Tibetan students in Western China have been protesting the Chinese regime's unconfirmed plans to use Chinese language exclusively to teach classes in both elementary and high schools. The protest happened in the Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Huangnan, in Qinghai province, on Tuesday. London-based rights group "Free Tibet" says six thousand students, between 14 and 20 years old, took part. The students marched in the morning, eventually gathering outside the headquarters of local authorities in Huangnan.
